The London Cabaret Club and The Bloomsbury Ballroom Statement COVID-19

The London Cabaret Club and The Bloomsbury Ballroom has postponed public performances and events this week as a result of circumstances surrounding COVID-19.

As circumstances continue to evolve, we anticipate further postponements and will contact all existing bookers accordingly. Nobody at The LCC and The Bloomsbury Ballroom has been in contact with the virus. However, as a hub for the community, we regularly host events and performances for some of the most vulnerable in our society and do not wish to put people at unnecessary risk.

We would like to assure you as our valued and much-loved audiences, participants and artists that we have considered all parties who will be affected by the necessity to postpone events. The wellbeing of audiences, artists and staff are all at the forefront of our minds and we are working to support those who need it.

There are obviously practical implications to the decision we have made today for us as a small organisation. As we are postponing events, we will be operating a credit note and exchange service. We are unable to offer refunds at this time. If you are unable to make the rearranged date, we will offer you a ticket credit note to use for another LCC performance until end of the year 2020 (subject to availability).

We are continually assessing government, NHS and WHO guidance and will be updating you on a weekly basis. As of the week of the 16th March the building is open for operational purposes only. However, we strongly advise you do not enter the building if you have experienced any of the symptoms of COVID-19.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and loyalty.

We look forward to seeing you soon,

The London Cabaret Club and The Bloomsbury Ballroom Team
